MAX STROM WORKSHOPS

Max ist einer meiner wichtigsten Lehrer. Es gibt niemanden, der mich so tief verändert hat wie Max. Es sind nicht nur seine Methodik und Techniken (die ich in seiner Ausbildung lernen durfte), sondern auch seine Art den Menschen wirklich zu sehen und an die verletzlichsten Orte zu gehen – ruhig, besonnen, ernsthaft und doch mit so einem wundervollen Sinn für Humor. 

Ich traf ihn das 1. Mal im Herbst 2017 und es vergeht kaum ein Tag, an dem ich nicht dankbar dafür bin.  

Und nun darf ich Max in meiner eigenen Praxis begrüßen und ich hoffe Ihr kommt in Scharen, um ihn persönlich kennenzulernen.

Max is one of my most important teachers. There is nobody who transformed me more than Max did. How does the way we breathe affect our stress level, anxiety, quality of sleep, and even our relationships? Breath penetrates, breath invigorates, and breath heals. The effect of Max’s breathing techniques is a profound sense of calm, mental clarity, and a release of physical and emotional tension.

Max has been teaching breathwork to tens of thousands of people worldwide for 30 years, giving him a unique perspective on the intimate relationship between breath and emotions. It is the quintessential tool for beginning the healing of anxiety, panic attacks, and grief. His breathing techniques are now used by therapists and psychologists in their sessions.

These exercises are accessible to everyone and don’t require hours of practice to be effective. The class will include a lecture, simple but high-impact breathing exercises, and guided meditation.
